Poliphonia Signature 2008 Was Considered The Best Red Wine At The 2012 Edition Of The Concours Mondial De Bruxelles. A Wine From Henrique Granadeiro Developed By The Enologist Pedro Baptist In The Alentejo Region. This Is One Of The Premium Produts Of The Winemaker Portfolio. A Wine With Good Structure And Concentration With A Nice Evolution In The Bottle. The Wine Is Made From The Grape Varieties Alicante Bouschet And Shyrah With Maturation During 18 Months In New French Oak Barrels Followed By One Year In Bottle. Of Intense And Complex Aromas Dominated By Fruit Jam Aromas, Black Pepper And Furniture Wax. It Has A Good Structure, With Mature And Silky Tanins. A Very Elegant Wine With A Long And Balanced Finishing.

Pedro Baptista Took A Specialization In Enology In France, In The École Supérieure D’oenologie In Montpelier. He Has Started His Work In 1994 At Fundação Eugénio De Almeida - The Winemakers Of The Icon Portuguese Wine Pêra Manca, Where He Still Takes The Responsibility For The Wines Of Adega Da Cartuxa.
